Cold fingers

A 76-year-old gentleman with hypertension presents with signs of episodic digital ischemia worsened by cold temperatures. All the digits of the right hand periodically become cold and pale.  He now has an ulcer on the tip of the right middle finger. He does not smoke.

The patient is sent to the Vascular lab for evaluation. What would be the best first test to perform in the Vascular lab?
