- This is the best slow-cooker short ribs recipe I have ever eaten. You must try it. Even the microwaving the bones part. Seriously wonderful.
Monday: Chicken curry, spinach bhaji, rice
Taco Tuesday: Shrimp tacos
Wed: Spring vegetable pasta (ok, fine, it’s not spring yet, but one can dream…)
Thurs: Ginger garlic chicken stir fry, rice
