Kudos to my husband for starting the week off right with an outstanding roasted leg of lamb for tonight’s dinner (and thank you, Ina Garten!) coupled with roasted potatoes with red pearl onions and steamed asparagus. Wow.

- Tofu stir-fry with veggies

- I’m thinking we’ll be ordering out by Friday…
