this week’s menu – Oct 22nd

Sunday – Inspired to go all Indian… Rice, Daal, potato bhaji, chapatis
Monday – Chicken fajitas with sauteed onions/peppers
Tuesday – Salmon burgers with arugula; Sauteed asparagus; Rutabaga fries
WednesdayGarlic shrimp with white beans from Bon Appetit; Crusty french bread; Tossed salad;
Thursday – OK, fine, tacos it is! Moved from Taco Tuesday, but keeping the kiddos happy.
Friday – Breakfast for dinner – pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs and fruit.
Weekend fare is going to have to include my friend Joy McGrath’s leek, goat cheese, and bacon tart that she wrote about today on her blog Virgie and Hats
